Many of our more complicated machines require a training appointment before you can use the equipment. We can schedule 1 training appointment per week with someone. You can use the equipment up to 2 hours a day.

Learn How to Use the Equipment

Before using the STREAM equipment many require a training session with STREAM staff.  Please be sure to book your training appointment more than 48 hours ahead of equipment bookings.

Visit the Erlanger Branch and we can help you learn to use the technology you already own.  We can help you learn how to use your phone, tablet or laptop.  We can also help you learn new software.  Contact us to see if we can help!

  • Yes, our STREAM Center can transfer video from VHS to DVDs. Please contact the STREAM Center for wait times and any additional information. 

  • Poster printers are available at all of our locations.  Please contact them to setup a reservation

    The STREAM Center is open to everyone. 

    Children ages 12 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 

    While the items are free to use, there may be a materials fee.
