The Kenton County Public Library is dedicated to your health and well-being, you'll find many resources in the print and digital collections, databases to learn something new and a wide variety of health and wellness programs at all of the library branches.

  • Gale Courses, examples of courses:      
    • Happy & Healthy Pregnancy, Introduction to Journaling, Lose Weight and Keep It Off, Mindfulness, Start Your Own Edible Garden and Stress Management
  • Stream exercise and healthy eating videos on Kanopy
  • Medline Plus is an online health information resource

Don't miss the Health & Wellness Expo on Saturday, January 28 from 11am-3pm at the Covington Library. There will be many free exercise and wellness classes, a cooking demonstration with a tasting opportunity, local vendors and health organizations. All ages are welcome, there will be activities throughout the library.

Dave Schroeder, the Executive Director of the Kenton County Public Library sent out New Year's Day well wishes to the library staff reiterating the words of wonderful speaker Courtney Stevens:
