R.A.D. Self Defense for Women: Part 1
Brought to you by popular demand, women and older teenage girls are invited to join us for a free 12 hour self defense for women training. Taught by certified trainers, this national R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense System) program is a comprehensive, women-only course described as "realistic self-defense tactics and techniques for women."
One Book, One Community is a reading program built around the shared experience of people reading and talking about the same book. Through public and private discussions, the program promotes a sense of community by facilitating the enjoyment of a great story. Come and experience the richness of the varying perspectives and ideas of our neighbors.
