Tips for visiting the Covington location during construction:
 Use the Mid-Town Parking Garage located at the corner of Fifth and Scott.
Bring your parking ticket to be validated at the library during your visit for free parking.
The north ramp entrance to the library will be accessible during this phase of construction.
Computer use will be limited to two hours per day due to the temporary reduction of computers
The Mary Ann Mongan branch is on the corner of 5th and Scott in downtown Covington. Free parking is provided. Library computers include Microsoft Office, Internet access and black & white or color printing. You will need a Library card to access the computers. Copy machines are available for color or black & white copying. All copies/prints are 10 cents for b&w or 50 cents for color.
A fax machine is also available. The service uses credit or debit cards only. The cost is $1.50 for the first page, and $1.00 for each additional page. Higher rates apply for international faxes.
The Covington location opened in 1974. It houses Northern Kentucky's largest collection of genealogy and local history materials. The Covington Library is named in honor of Miss Mary Ann Mongan director of the Library for over 40 years. Learn more about the branch from our floor plan.
